Description

The E2 series running board serves as a replacement for the OEM factory running board. It is an alternative to the ordinary tube step with its two step pad design, ATS exclusive slip resistant pad, 3" radius tube diameter. This running board is available in various lengths to fit most trucks and SUVs and it utilizes the same model specific bracket system as all the ATS Design running boards. The E2 running board is manufactured from aircraft grade aluminum and comes in three finishes - Chrome, Silver anodized & Black Powder coated.

Installation varies by vehicle and detailed installation instructions are included. The nerf bars are designed to bolt on to the factory provided mounting points. Sometimes that is the body mount locations where the truck body attaches to the truck frame. Some vehicles like the Tundra, the vehicle is designed with mounting holes in the rocker panel.
